Comfortable with superb location; shame about not refilling the teabags

Pros: Location was superb; bed and pillows comfortable; easy access and good communication Good to have a fridge in the room

Cons: Didn’t refill tea bags 😔 even though we asked via a call

Cons: Two hard pillows , could do with one soft pillow

Good value for a city centre hotel.

Pros: City centre location and close to the waterfront. Quiet ambience. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Cons: Entry system, but OK once I got used to it. (Saves carrying a key, everywhere.)

Pros: The room was nice and presentable and had all the amenities needed.

Cons: The shower glass could be a bit bigger as water went on the floor as well.

Highy recommended, will come again

Pros: Very comfortable bed & very close to everything

Cons: There is no place when the staff can hold the luggage for you to explore a little bit further

Lovely clean, cozy and comfy.

Pros: Loved this hotel and would come again, I’m not from Liverpool so didn’t realise how close it actually was to the town centre. Also staff were so helpful when I tried to check in online and my form of ID wasn’t accepted.

Cons: The bar/club next door didn’t stop blasting their music until 3am but other than that, had a lovely stay.

Value, comfort, clean, hassle free, simply Epic 👍

Pros: Spotless , great location , hassle free , and the 11am check out is an amazing bonus that I wish other establishments would adopt , Well Done Epic 🙌🙌it was Epic 👍👍

Cons: To be fair every thing was fine and no problems 🙌🙌👍

Pros: Central location, food outlets all around, proximity to metro and bus services

Cons: The front door keypad could be a bit larger and raised by maybe six inches, a minor niggle.

Pros: I like the epic in Liverpool very central near all the restaurants and bars all the shopping centres were in walking distance. It was brilliant. The property was very clean and well maintained.

Cons: It was a bit impersonal as there was no reception, but I understand the need to save money and keep these places open.

Pros: We were very impressed with this accommodation. More apartments than hotel. Very tastefully decorated, has absolutely everything you need and kept spotlessly clean and tidy for your stay. Very central location you can walk everywhere in minutes, even the trainstation. The price was also very reasonable, would definitely stay here again.
