Excellent value for money, friendly staff and great location.

Pros: Excellent location with very helpful and friendly staff. Great value for money. Very clean and had what we needed.

Cons: Our ground floor room was a little noisy late night and into the early hours. From music out side and people walking past.

Value for money and comfortable.

Pros: A decent hotel in the center of Liverpool, near to all the main attractions of Liverpool city. There are lots of restaurants and pubs nearby, in fact it’s just a minute walk from Cavern Quarter and Albert dock & Waterfront. Moorfield and James Street train station is just a minute walk away. The rooms are decent and clean. It’s an old hotel but well maintained and look after. Would recommend to all

A great value for money hotel, right in the heart of Liverpool.

Pros: It was well located. Although we had an issue with our room, they soon sorted a new room for us which was amazing.

Cons: Nothing.

Hidden gem. Great value

Pros: Regular visitors . We love the location. Value for money

Cons: We did have an issue with heating in the room was not working properly and was cold. But the maintenance man was very kind and got us a mobile heater which helped
