Pros: The location was perfect. We booked a Family Suite for my fiancées birthday and it didn't disappoint. The room was massive and spotless.

Cons: If I had to pick something I didn't like and im struggling to, id say the pillows were crap.

Best stay in Liverpool

Pros: Ive stayed many times in Liverpool and this was my first time staying here. So I didn't know what to expect and I arrived the staff were so friendly the hotel looked really nice. As I opened my door for my room I was gobsmacked with the size of the room it was unbelievable for the money I paid. The bed was massive and everything you could want even a mini fridge. Highly recommend

Highly recommended place to stay in Liverpool for a couples break

Pros: Lovely hotel in a great location. Easy check in, rooms were immaculate and a good size. We had the breakfast on the final morning which was really good. Nice bar downstairs. All staff were very friendly.

Cons: An additional lamp in the room down by the TV would have been useful, but it's a pretty minor issue!

Great Location for a city break

Pros: Location, friendly staff, great breakfast. Very comfy bed! Huge room.

Cons: It is an old building that has been converted. The heating came on at random times and the bathroom was a little dated. That said we would definitely stay again.
