Pros: Location was great, staff very friendly especially reception.

Cons: Room needed paint and replaster few holes in wall. Plug sockets not working near the make up table. Bed was uncomfortable.

Staff amazing and helpful

Pros: I would like to thank all the staff and the manager for our stay It was nice to hear that the hotel has been taken over by local people If visitors give them time and have patience with the owners and staff while they upgrade the room it will be fantastic for Liverpool and the links to our maritime history

Pros: I really enjoy the view and location of the hotel. The manager Cody (sorry if I misspelled) she was a big help and made me feel welcome in my stay. I really appreciate it. Definitely recommend for anyone to book 5 out of 5

Pros: Superb location. Exceptional value for money. Lovely and warm as well, visited a few hotels in Liverpool recently that have genuinely been cold. Friendly staff. Good facilities.

Cons: Carpet was a bit torn in room, but that's probably down to some customers showing it no respect.

Pros: The reception staff were exceptional, Cody was so friendly and welcoming and informative and the young man on reception on the morning of the 23rd was lovely and both very professional ..

Cons: The beds were a bit worn and lumpy with the springs ( room 49 5th floor ) sorry about that but the room itself was wonderful and the beds didn't spoil our hotel experience ..
