Great location

Pros: Fantastic building and property,the staff were so friendly

Cons: The bed was not comfy,the toilet seat was broken,we didn’t have enough loo rolls or coffee in the room,the breakfast although was good was poorly mapped out,needed another toaster and the coffee was awful

Hard days night, was a restful night!

Pros: The location was perfect, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, Albert Docks and lots of places of interest. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although we didn't eat there the dining room looked lovely.

Cons: The bed quilt could have been a bit thicker as we were chilly the first night due to a fault with the heating/ air con but the did supply a blanket on request.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, would definitely return.

Pros: Excellent location, really spacious room, and very pleasant, helpful staff on reception. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Cons: Could’ve had extra blanket in cupboard (the heating wasn’t working when we first arrived, so was cold on first night). We did ask for a heater the next morning, and it promptly arrived.

Great location.

Pros: Excellent location in Liverpool city centre.Close to Liverpool One Centre ( Great for parking ) . Comfortable, clean room on fourth floor with views across the city and very comfortable bed. The room had triple glazing so no noise disturbance from street traffic etc. Breakfast was good and the Hotel Restaurant was also excellent for evening meal. Would recommend.

Fantastic

Pros: Beautiful building, excellent staff, only trouble I had was the bath making a loud gargling noise when the bath was emptied, made me jump a couple of times 😂 but can’t fault anything else.

Pros: Location was very central Staff were very helpful and friendly Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice

Cons: Room we stated in needed a bit of tlc A couple of issues in bathroom Chip in toilet seat lid Crack on floor tile Loose toilet roll holder Chair in room needs replaced Biggest issue was felt we were ripped off with balcony paid extra for this but no view..

Perfect location for sights parking and entertainment

Pros: Fantastic location right on the corner of Mathew street in heart of the music. Great breakfast and very pleasant staff

Cons: Room was a lot smaller than our previous stays a little difficult for space in the bathroom although decor and comfort was the same good standard

Brilliant stay, lovely hotel and perfect for a few nights away

Pros: The property was perfect and I exactly what I wanted for my husband’s 50th Birthday, the hotel was beautiful and so welcoming as soon as we arrived. It really close to the QPark car park at Liverpool one and smack back in the centre.

Cons: It would have been good to be able to open the windows and get some fresh air in the room.
