Good, but some niggles

Pros: Location excellent for Matthew Street and the city. Good looking hotel. Nice furnishings. Some new facilities. Price was competitive.

Cons: The webapp you NEED is buggy and took several attempts when I needed to check in or unlock the room. It wouldn't unlock the night entrance at all. They add a downright cheeky £1.60 charge AFTER you have chosen and paid for the room which should be part of the room price if you have no choice. We missed breakfast because it just said 'After 7am' (10:40) and were handed an instant porridge and orange juice so had to buy another breakfast elsewhere.

Perfect for a couple of nights in town!

Pros: Right in the heart of the city, very accesible to all the areas. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast also so tasty!

Cons: It might not be the place for you if you can’t sleep with some noice in the background, due to the pubs having music until morning in the weekend. But the staff let there some earplugs, which might come in handy. Other than this, everything was as expected!

Spot on couple of days .

Pros: Everything about the stay was spot on. From check in to check out. Staff pleasant , polite and helpful. Room and bathroom spotless and comfy bed. Super location for bars, restaurants and shopping centre and the Pier Head and Albert Dock are within easy walking.,

Cons: Only slight problem is they charge to put your case in the left luggage room.

Much better than I was imagining. It was nice, clean and practical.

Pros: I loved it. The only improvement suggestion I have is to advise guests that they need to bring their own padlock and key for the lockers.

Good central position.Noisy area but couldn’t hear it in the room

Pros: Nice staff. Female only room was clean with comfy beds and two loos and two showers. Lockers and nice bedding.

Cons: It was fine but expensive for a hostel

Great place to stay and great location to enjoy night out

Pros: Great location! Just a few mins walk to the Cavern Club, as well as other clubs and pubs, so you can enjoy a night out without worrying about last trains or buses. Staff are all friendly, room is clean, and bed is super comfy. Great value for money! Would definitely come back to stay :)
