Black bits in jets of bath

Pros: Friendly staff alwsys very helpful amazing cocktails and very comfortable very clean beds

Cons: I booked a room with jacuzzi bath and when we went to get in black bits came out of the jets this was the only thing that was disappointing

Great stay would come back.

Pros: The staff were amazing, friendly, bubbling and welcoming.

Cons: When turned the spa jets on black stuff came out of them even after trying multiple times. Could do with renewing seals around bath to hide the black damp. Kettle tray would be better put and on display. Beds hard hove there was 1 out of 4 beds that were ok. Would like to return but would ask to change rooms next time.

Pros: Property is in a great location and everyone is very friendly in the hotel. Breakfast is good

Pros: The property was beautiful and we were upgraded to a beautiful room,the jacuzzi was an added bonus,and the breakfast was delicious

Great location, fabulous staff.. I would recommend.

Pros: The staff were great. They really were friendly and professional. The beds were comfy and the location was amazing.

Cons: There seemed to be a shortage of breakfast too early on before finishing. We arrived at 9:25, no sausages, egg.. it would’ve been nice if they kept up with what was low. The room only had a small radiator so it got chilly on a night.
