Pros: We didn’t have breakfast as we had an early morning train to catch

First time at the hotel but will definitely use next visit

Great central hotel in Liverpool

Pros: Friendly staff . Suite was a perct size for 3 people. Great selection for breakfast. Location Central to everything.

Cons: Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. No toilet brush in bathroom..

Pros: The property was absolutely stunning. It was absolutely spotless and the location was handy as it is close to the centre.

Excellent, convenient city centre hotel with a fabulously welcoming staff team.

Pros: Brilliant location close to the station. Room clean, spacious and well equipped. Staff couldn't have been more helpful- directions, allowing an early check in, permitting bag storage after checkout. Also cheery and incredibly welcoming which as a solo female traveller I really appreciated.

Cons: It took a while to get the internet to work from my room which slightly disrupted my work efficiency. However the IT support were helpful and eventually got me sorted.

Pros: It was warm and spacious. The rooms were clean and there were little touches with the bottles water and bathroom accessories. Also loved the ice machine

Cons: Would like a usb port in the room or for the info to be available in the hotel information.
