Gem of a hotel in Liverpool ❤️

Pros: What a truly fantastic hotel in Liverpool. Have never managed to find a good Liverpool Hotel, but now we have. Fantastic location , next to Lime Street Railway Station and to the right, the Empire Theatre. Very, Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful iconic building and refurbished to a high standard and great Retro Vibe. Couldnt fault the room - Sacious, clean, comfortable, great facilities in a coffee maker, kettle, even an ice bucket and fridge. Spacious bathroom and shower. Quiet and comfortable. Good nights sleep. We had a great view too. Good selection in breakfast , which we enjoyed. Will be 100 % staying again and recommending. Thank you Raddisson Red Liverpool.

Lovely room, location and staff really friendly.

Pros: Great hotel and location …. Free drink due to birthday celebration

Cons: Cleanliness could have had an extra detail … a lot of dust on furnishings in the room. Shower was poor and not what you’d expect of a higher priced room like this

Such a fabulous friendly hotel 😄

Pros: Everything! Such a warm welcome on arrival. We had an upgrade to our room as it was my daughter's birthday and 2 free drinks. All the staff including the cleaners were so friendly 😄 We would definitely return here!

Superb!

Pros: Stylish, warm and comfortable. All staff were welcoming with excellent interpersonal skills. Breakfast was amazing, especially as my husband is both celiac and vegetarian. Really looking forward to our next stay.

Great stay.

Pros: Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who helped me with a phone charger this morning.

Cons: The creepy photos on the wall, they gave me nightmares! Breakfast choice was good, but not so keen on garlic mushrooms in the morning.

Pros: Great location next to Lime Street. Classy foyer and a nice feel to the hotel. Rooms were good. Breakfast excellent

Cons: A bit noisy with the railway on my side of the hotel, but they do provide ear plugs. I have an accessible room and the shower floods the bathroom
