Central, clean inexpensive great hotel.

Pros: Rooms spotless, beds comfy, perfect location only minutes to centre, staff are amazing very helpful, rooms have all you need will definitely stay again.

Cons: A lot of steps but this can’t be helped however not ideal for those with mobility issues however my party of 16 girls were fine. We loved being so close to the hustle and bustle but not for those who are looking fur a quiet location we loved it.

Pros: Perfectly situated central location, spotlessly clean best value for money .

Cons: All rooms accessed via steps not ideal due those with mobility issues however didn’t matter to us.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, nice clean and quiet room. We booked a twin room, the beds were smaller than regular size single, that was the only downside. Would stay there again.

Cons: Very small beds.

Pros: Great location,cozy room and amazing staff(thank you for everything!!)

Cons: One minor drawback was the limited soundproofing between rooms, and the double bed felt a bit small. However, everything was handled and resolved by the outstanding and very helpful,receptive staff!

If we are in Liverpool again, we will definitely come back.

Pros: Despite the small space, the room had everything you needed. The bathroom was also very clean. There was a heater in the room for additional heating. Despite the fact that there are bars downstairs, it was very quiet. The location is absolutely gorgeous, right in the city center. We checked in quickly, checked in, and checked out just as quickly without any fuss. We really liked everything. If we are in Liverpool again, we will definitely come back.

Friendly and cheerful staff with a comfortable room and bathroom

Pros: The staff was so lovely and helpful at all times, despite us booking a late check in there was always service with a smile and I would definitely recommend and rebook!

Great location with friendly staff, ideal for a break with friends

Pros: Great location, very central but not in the heart of the city so not too loud at night. Smart TV, which was good for down time and friendly staff always on hand too

Cons: The shower was pretty weak and the switch to turn on at the wall wasn’t fully on the wall. Not wheelchair accessible
