Great service, staff lovely, very clean & central !!

Pros: Excellent location, great for both lime street & Liverpool central stations. Was lovely & clean.

Cons: Has stairs & no lift. I’m registered blind with a collapsed foot. Was manageable. No real issue for me.

Pros: A small room without a window, but clean and more than adequate for one night. A bus stop a few paces from the Inn so easy to catch the 500 bus to LPL.

Amazing

Pros: We only stayed for one night but we found the room very comfortable and clean we our coming back in April for 2 days for my partners birthday

Cons: We went to brownlows bar and found it to be a great bar for a drink or two and the lady behind the bar serving was very friendly and helpful and really hard working

Ideal, stress free and great value

Pros: The value when I booked, also had a disabled person in the party and staff kindly changed the room to an easier walk for him without requesting. Really nice touch.
