Lovely B&B

Pros: Lovely B&B. Very friendly! Made me and my children feel welcome. Breakfast was incredible! room is basic, home from home but clean, tidy, beds are really comfy, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean! Tea, coffee, milk, small toilettries and towels are also provided 🙂

I would stay here again even with the bed being a little uncomfortable and shower going hot and cold this didn’t affect

Pros: Franco and his son were very friendly and helpful, the room was a decent size, breakfast was also very nice. Location was not that far from the centre about half an hour walk.

Cons: Shower kept going cold and hot and the bed was a little uncomfortable.

Value for money, friendly & welcoming staff

Pros: Located outside of the main bustle of the centre with a few minutes walk to the tram. Breakfast was great, tea/coffee, toast, cereal and full English. Staff were friendly and made you feel welcome. Hotel was clean so were the beds. Will book again!

We would definitely recommend this place. Couldn't fault it. We.would definitely stay there again.

Pros: We found franco very friendly and welcoming. Couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was excellent. Location to seafront and shops was good. Room was immaculate and cleaned daily.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and breakfast good. Hotel was quiet and peaceful sitting one road back from sea front. Near to a tram stop. Easy to get to. The proprietor was helpful and suggested good restaurants to visit .

Pros: The host and is son can't do enough for you and they so polite and helpful from the first day carrying our bags up to our room and the breakfast perfectly cooked definitely on my list for another visit

Fantastic hosts

Pros: The location was fab,. Franco and his son Micheal were amazing... made a fuss of our grandson Louis, nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was great. Room was spotlessly clean, intact the whole hotel was !!

Cons: There is nothing to improve.
