Pros: Good stay room was clean comfortable and good for our one night stay for Lytham Festival. We didn't have breakfast but there was a great little corner cafe round the corner

Cons: We arrived early evening so had to park around the corner

Pros: This is a very good hotel, very close to tram stop or you can slowly walk along the promenade to the centre of blackpool. The staff are fabulous and nothing is an issue. Free on street parking and itsca very quiet peaceful street. 100% I will be back here on my next visit.

Good value clean room and nice walk in to town.

Pros: We were let in to our room at 11.30 in the morning to leave our bags,we were given our keys so that we could enjoy our day and come back at night.

Cons: No breakfast served.

Pros: Welcoming staff went out there way for us, clean comfy cozy rooms, kids loved the help Your self brekky, no rush to check out, brewing facilities in the room, great location to the tower where we attended the Christmas markets team Stop close thank you

Pros: Very clean, decent location, little walk to the beach.

Cons: Rooms were small but had everything you need.

Exactly what we needed as a family of 4 for a short overnight stay.

Pros: It was simple, clean and tidy and it was exactly what we needed as a family of four for one overnight stay. The host was very accommodating to us asking for a later check in time and also for an early check out time as we had an early start. Also encouraged us to grab some breakfast/drinks for on the road which was appreciated. Price was also very reasonable, particularly considering it was a Saturday during the illuminations and also the fireworks championships. We would stay here again when we next have to be in Blackpool overnight.

Cons: The only small things were that we felt the room was a bit cold through the night and also the parking was difficult. It says that parking is available online, but in the details it says lots of available street parking, but when we arrived it was very busy and we struggled to park on that street.

Pros: The owner was lovely, you can tell he loves what he does, he made sure we had his number if we needed anything. It did as it said on the tin. The beds were lovely and comfy, seemed like new bedding aswell. Plenty of coffee in the room and breakfast was okay too.

Cons: Obviously it's a Budget hotel so the clue is the word Budget, it could do with a bit of TLC, I would personally redo the bathrooms as they are very dated and replace bedroom carpets. We also had a tv no stand (in a family room ideally I would like to see it on a wall :)

Pros: Host was very friendly and welcoming. Bed was so comfy. Room waw very clean. Shower was lovely- powerful and hot. Breakfast was great. Location was fantastic- top of the road is a tram station. Couldn't fault this hotel/room at all.
