Absolutely fabtastic

Pros: Absolutely everything about the place. Always have & Always will do !

If your coming to Blackpool this is the hotel to stay

Pros: Lovely welcoming entrance We had prompt check in Room was lovely staying in a suite Beds were comfortable and very clean. Decor is dated but it adds to character. Hot tub and steam room was a perfect temperature. We had dinner in restaurant it was incredible I had salmon and husband had the lamb would have easily paid over a £100 for that meal if was eating out. Breakfast cooked to order fresh and hot Prompt service stay go the extra mile. This hotel has got it right. Can’t wait to visit again in the near future

My granddaughter loves it there.but it would of been nice walking g into a warm room

Pros: Breakfast was nice. The bathroom was cold and it was noisy from the bathroom window

Cons: The noise from the window, and it was cold when we got in the room but that got seen to straight away. It would be useful if you had a cashmachine so we dident have to go looking for change.

Pros: Lovely stay clean comfy rooms the kids loved the swimming pool food was lovely

Try and get a room in the house like we did it’s lovely and quiet in there.

Pros: Lovely hotel, staff very helpful and attentive and good entertainment for the kids with the swimming pool and children’s entertainer

Cons: The food portions were a bit on the small side for the evening meal and breakfast but at least with breakfast you could go and get more cereals after the cooked breakfast.

Pros: The Staff were very welcoming on arrival and during our stay. The room was big and very comfortable with a walk in shower. Our table waitress Jessica was very professional and friendly. The hotel is next to a tram stop.

Pros: The swimming area was nice and clean. Great you could just go in and not book. Tables and seats for after a swim. The rooms were decent size for a family of 4. The beds were a let down. Bunk beds mattress very thin and our double bed was thin and hard. Thats the only let down really. I didnt sleep great but I will tonight in my own bed! The hotel entertainment for kids and adults was good too. Internet around the hotel great too. Bar service great!

Cons: The beds. Honestly disappointed me but only because I love a cosy bed.

Pros: Meals excellent cofy room bed was hard and uncomfortable used to softer bed . Room very warm had to have window open and fan on . Staff very nice nothing too much trouble
