Pros: Simon and rhonna were very friendly and helpfull lovely cosy hotel very pleasant stay

Pros: Lovely lounge to sit in, a snug where you can eat your takeaways. Everything there that you need. Ideal location for what we needed.

Cons: Would of liked a bigger room,

Pros: All aspects of visit were perfect eg staff, room, breakfast and cleanliness

Pros: The breakfast was cooked fresh when I arrived and made to order. I am picky and asked can I have x instead of y and it was never a problem the bed was comfy and the bathroom was large.

Cons: The hotel is a fair way out of the center but you can see this when booking

Pleasant couple of days break.

Pros: Clean guest house, nice lounge area, friendly hosts, good breakfast

Cons: Shower wasn't working, only slightly warm, reported and hosts assured it would be replaced or repaired. Bathroom very cold

Pros: Great breakfast. Lovely hosts. Nice clean room. Loved the fridge in the room. So convenient for trams and buses.

Lovely stay, will be back again

Pros: Bed was comfortable, the variety for breakfast was excellent - the cooked breakfast was perfection, the hosts were lovely

Pros: Lovely clean friendly family run hotel warm cosy rooms could not do enough to make ur Stay comfortable would stay again on next visit
