What we experienced was good. We would go back ❀️

Pros: Clean. Well looked after building considering its age

Cons: Our bedroom was over the concert room and there was an event in the morning and the sound was loud .no chance of a lie in. Breakfast was too early 8:30-9:30, would have been good till 10:30

Bargain, clean , friendly seafront hotel

Pros: Clean, tidy and brilliant staff with a brilliant seafront location

Cons: Little bit out dated in style and room tv & Chanel’s was old and basic plug sockets so kids had to take turn charging iPads etc but wasn’t the end of the world

Lovely stay and will definitely be returning.

Pros: The location, the architecture, nostalgia of times past. Parking and good value. Staff excellent and upgraded without even asking. Nice big rooms. Quieter end of the North shore which was exactly where we wanted to be. Bus and tram stops directly outside.

Decent stay decent price

Pros: The hotel is a beautiful old hotel overlooking the sea. Due its age, the style is quite iconic. My room 101 was fantastic at the front overlooking the sea. The bed was very comfortable. The reception staff are extremely helpful and very friendly.

Cons: Was a wild night and a draft was blowing from somewhere, the bath panel was loose and was rattling all night, went to shut the bathroom door, the lock mechanism wasnt there, so the door was banging, simple fixes by hotel management let my stay down tbh. The barman was the most morose person I've ever met, smile lad ffs ,🀣 life's too short. The breakfast looked really good but was very greasy after paying £12 i left it.
