Pros: Lovely lounge bar area clean rooms a bit dated but comfy friendly staff tram stop outside of hotel so easy access to Fleetwood etc

Cons: If you paid for breakfast on arrival it was £10 per person the day after it went up to £25 for 2 of us why the manager gave us it for the original price otherwise everything was fine

Pros: Had a fantastic stay. Really nice clean hotel and great staff. Out of season so bar closed a bit earlier which is to be expected but overall had a fab time

Pros: Nice size Double Room with a Sea View and Blackpool Tower View. Clean and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi.

Cons: A light on the ceiling would have been better than 4 lamps around the room (One didn't work)

Warm, inviting and comfortable.

Pros: A great place to stay for a really great price. The staff went above and beyond. The staff worked their socks off whenever I saw one of them. They all deserve high praise from management.

Cons: I didn't like that you weren't able to get a coffee in the evening with your meal. I would have liked to see porridge on the menu. It was great that the pillows had been updated from the year before but they were all one thickness which hurt my neck so I had to go and buy some so that I could sleep. I understand that you can't please everyone though. I found the set menu option a little lacking.
