Pros: Hotel was great catering to dogs and the staff were great ! Very grand hotel, rooms could do with a bit of a revamp but clean and spacious.looking forward to returning!

It’s obviously not as impressive as it once was but it’s great value for money, we would definitely go back

Pros: It’s a fantastic looking hotel which was obviously very impressive in its heyday, the reception retains many apparently original features and still looks great, the rooms are modern and of a good standard, staff on reception and at breakfast were brilliant!

Cons: Breakfast quality was t brilliant but plenty of choice

A big slice of Blackpool history, well located, quiet, with great friendly staff.

Pros: Love this hotel. A little quirky but oozing with history and grandeur. Room was very comfortable with all you expect, very quiet, an easy walk to blackpool centre (plus close to tram stop), great breakfast, we allways have a great stay at this hotel.

Love the hotel. Food was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Location. Two armchairs in the room. Sea view. Improved menu.

Cons: Rather tired. Room lacked electricity sockets. Not very well cleaned.

The Promise of A Bygone Era .

Pros: Loved Every last second . Wonderful Lady on Recepetion . Allowed Me to look at another Room Type to see if I preffered it . Our Room 209 was Gorgeous . Cant describe how much We Loved Breakfast . Quality Shines out . Cant wait to go for The Forth time soon . Xx Bev

Pros: Lovely food, suite was a treat, good value for money at this beautiful hotel, oldie but a goldie.

I'll stay again

Pros: Friendly and professional staff on reception desk. Breakfast pleasant.

Cons: My room smelled of cigarette smoke when I first entered it. Obviously the hotel is non smoking but I imagine a previous guest had been smoking in there (through the window perhaps). Not the hotels fault but not pleasant. Housekeeping woke me up by knocking on the door way before check out time and before I went down for breakfast.
