Cons: No fresh towels next day, average cleaning level. Food not so goo ,especial scrumbel eggs on breakfest time.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and homely. Extra star for the dove hand wash and body wash

Clean, Friendly and Comfortable

Pros: Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights for a weekend away. Due to it being off-season in Blackpool so most attractions closed, we found this hotel extremely affordable, we were greeted with welcoming staff on arrival and was allowed to check in earlier than expected. There’s a lift to accommodate all aswell as a bar & dining on site which we did not use. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and fresh. Modern TV was a bonus to the trip allowing us to log into Netflix, Disney etc. hotel Is well heated making the stay comfortable during winter weathers, only minor was the WiFi not working on top floor, however that was no problem as I used my data. Staff stopped to have a chat when passing by. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic family and dog friendly hotel, amazing staff, clean, comfy, quiet stretch of town and lovely sea view.

Pros: Relaxed family atmosphere - great for young children and people with well behaved dogs. Staff very professional and coped well with the Cheerleading crowd staying for the weekend. Lady on reception lovely, always a smile and a chat for me and the kids and the guy who was covering all areas maybe the manager? great, both there last year too I think. Young lady and man at breakfast so helpful with everything, nothing a problem and observed them being really attentive with elderly and single people. Had 2 evening meals and breakfasts, great choice and reasonable. Old school standards and excellent value for money - I love it. Almost makes me want to bring my dogs - almost!

Cons: Saturday night’s meal took a longtime to be served after ordering to the extent the kids lost interest and kept wandering off - I think they were a little understaffed for the occupancy that night. We did wonder if it had been sat waiting to be served when it did arrive.
