Comfortable, safe.welcoming

Pros: Breakfast was lovely I have no complaints,room was comfortable and clean with everything I needed for the night I can see this gentleman making a great success of the hotel.

Cons: There is nothing you get what you pay

Pros: Location was great, an easy walk into the center of town. Great sea view. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Did their utmost to accommodate us.

Cons: Breakfast starting at 9am on a Sunday seems late. This was a working trip for me and they did try their best to give me an earlier breakfast. Despite the hallways being very warm, my room was not very warm, probably due to the location of the radiator, but I did not feel cold when in bed. The weather had changed amd went very.cold that day. I would stay there again..

An Exceptionally Clean, High Quality Furnished and Well-Appointed Hotel in a Perfect Location

Pros: I was very impressed with this hotel, which provided the perfect option for my stay in Blackpool. My room was of a very high standard, newly furnished and decorated, and with a firm and comfortable mattress, spotlessly clean en suite facility, and being more spacious than I was expecting. The staff are friendly and offered a varied, comprehensive breakfast. The hotel is ideally located, just a few minutes walk from the centre, and affording excellent views over the Irish Sea and nearby North Pier. I didn't use all facilities available - a pool, sauna, two bars and games room among them - but sense that the hotel caters well for guests who appreciate having access to a comfortable room and good breakfast. I spent much time working in my room (the hotel has fast wi-fi) and in the large, comfortable public lounge, but also enjoyed taking coffee and drinks at the bar. I would thoroughly recommend and look forward to hopefully returning to the hotel on my next visit to Blackpool.
