Reasonable Hotel ... room for improvement ,,,, decent price tho :) !!

Pros: Low cost stay for business ,,,, £70 ? [ no breakfast ] room was decent / part refurbished ,,, but still a little dated ! good / safe parking ,,, nice view food / evening menu was poor ... so eat else where !!

Cons: stairs carpet to room was worn threadbare ,,,very / easily cheaply replaced ! food menu was poor ... had super food up the road at fence gate !!

All our group loved the hotel and the food . Would stay here again!

Pros: Staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. Staff helped out with any requests. Excellent location for family to stay for a family funeral.

Cons: Toilet seat in bathroom, not fixed properly and moved when you sat. Shower screen seal broken so water escaped onto the floor. These are minor points and easily fixed.

Cons: It would have been good to have room service which was offered re: advertisement, However, when requested we were advised that the hotel was too busy with private function...

Great value for money.

Pros: Room was comfy and warm and ample car parking. Location was beautiful and enjoyed being outside of the town. Breakfast was Ok and the welcome was warm. Would definitely use again.

Fabulous as usual.

Pros: Fabulous sprawling grounds. Rooms comfy. Staff are really friendly and helpful especially bar/restaurant staff who brought sausages for the dogs breakfast!! Accommodate your requests and nothing is too much.

Cons: Not a lot - yes we know it’s slightly tired looking but hospitality and lovely staff More than make up for it.
