A lovely stay near clitheroe with friendly staff and great facilities

Pros: friendly staff, clean room, padel court great addition

Cons: Bathroom was a little dated but did not affect the stay

Great stay and will return

Pros: The room was good, clean, warm and had everything you need including toiletries and drinks tea, coffee etc. Plenty of space and good lighting with plenty of useful sockets too! Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and well cooked. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: The sink in our room didnt drain well, but we forgot to mention it on departure. It was manageable for teeth cleaning but not great when my husband was trying to shave.

Pros: We have stayed here before and it is always friendly and welcoming. We only needed a bed for the night due to going to Nothcote but had a lovely relaxing afternoon in the lounge.

Cons: Shame they couldn't have pushed the two beds together to make it a double but hey ho. TV remote didn't work and forgot to tell reception on checkout

A wonderful stay

Pros: The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast on two days which was delicious. Our rooms wrre spacious and warm.

Pros: Breakfast was great, such a good choice and really loved that they had dairy free milk ! Staff were all super friendly and nice too.

Very well kept hotel we will be coming back!

Pros: I liked that the bar was open until 3am for those staying. This was not advertised however was a decent thing for us as we arrived later on. I also liked the decor of the hotel itself and the Christmas trees e.c.t

Cons: We did not get told that the bar was open until 3am for guests, we could have been told.... we also could only get one lot of beers until night time swap over which then took to card only payment. This we also was not aware of so is a good job we had card money.

Very enjoyable

Pros: The hotel had been refurbished since my last stay to a very high standard, fantastic job. Room was lovely and warm, bed was excellent. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Cons: Drinks were very expensive, got charged £10.50 for a glass of prosecco. Thought the room price was slightly high but overall good value for money
