Very good

Pros: Comfortable bed nice and warm and a nice quite room

Nice and comfortable rooms, beds felt a little soft, but they were so comfortable. Staff in the restaurant were excellen

Good bedroom but room for improvement

Pros: The bedroom was great, we booked a twin and got a suite. Lounge/dinner, bedroom with twin beds, bathroom. Would have been fab in the summer with the little patio

Cons: The leisure facilities were disappointing. Very outdated. Plastic chairs from the garden centre with the barcode stickers still on around the pool, no loungers. No residents bar so when we came back at 5 passes midnight we couldn't get a drink.

Great stay. Clean and comfortable accommodation- swimming pool a bonus.

Pros: Leisure facilities good including swimming pool. Ideally located for an event we were attending. Bed extremely comfortable.

Pros: I have stayed here 3 times and each time I have stayed something new has been renovated which is great. Food was lovely….

Cons: The suite pictures are not like the actual rooms. Rooms are dated but I understand the he hotel is renovating at moment…. Need to make people aware that they could get a dated room. Drinks in bar are quite pricey

Pros: Lovely location , reception lady was so lovely as were breakfast staff on Sunday morning .

Cons: Only a small complaint , rooms were a bit old fashioned but clean and comfortable and large rooms .

Pros: Room was pleasantly large, and the window could be opened for air (Hooray). Nice sofa in front of the TV. Plenty of lamps. The en-suite bathroom was large and clean. Young lady at Reception was pleasant and helpful. Bar area was surprisingly large, and had a good real ale. Breakfast was very good.

Cons: Minor negative: the sink taps had to be turned quite a long way to draw water (both hot and cold). The temperature in the shower was difficult to adjust to the right temperature. It was a little too hot. Key card didn't work after breakfast. Had to get staff to let me in. Neverthess I enjoyed my one-night stay.

Pros: Everything you need under one roof and well dressed for Christmas

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. The swimming pool was heated which was lovely. The sitting room and big bathroom in the superior double were a great size and nice patio area to sit out if weather is ok. The bar and restaurant are beautifully decorated for Christmas

Cons: There was no phone in the room to contact reception, furniture needs up dated in room, electrics need updated in the room, and the heating in the breakfast reception was really quite cold for this time of year, I did mention this but waitress said it was on full.....might be old air con thats not too good....

Pros: Friendly efficient staff at reception. Nothing was too much trouble as asked for toilet tissue Breakfast team member was excellent Rooms clean and made well . Would come back as visit local family . Fantastic size of room
