Comfortably amazing

Pros: It was beautiful, extremely comfortable, warm and lively decorations and our host was extremely kind and gracious!

Cons: We loved everything!

Easy to gain access once we arrived, nice & clean, lovely beds.

Pros: Nice big rooms, bedroom 3 was small but the bed was really comfy. The garden was lovely, sat there with a coffee in the morning listening to the birds chirping away. The kitchen had plenty of room and the dining table was laid out better than some restaurants we have visited, well done for that. Plenty of communication and any questions were answered very quickly.

Cons: The only thing we could fault was it was that hot, we wanted to sit in the garden, but there was no patio umbrella. (although there was a base) A bigger patio table could probably be helpful. It would probably be wise for the owners to re-grout the bathroom floor as any water ingress through the tiles could be costly.

Beautiful home from home, lovely host.

Pros: Lovely host, beautiful home, the table and bed set up was so lovely. We asked for use of the garage to store a motorbike which was accommodated for. Beds are very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Three bed house in nice location of Preston

Pros: The host was easy to contact throughout our stay. The house was warm, tidy and well presented. The dining table was pre-laid for dinner which was a nice touch.

Cons: Only a couple of minor points. The light switches for each room was behind the door, not the wall facing you. Must be how the house was wired back in the day. Easy to adjust habits so not a problem. The bathroom looked new. Shame the shower head and shower screen was at opposite ends of the bath to each other. The shower worked as expected.

Pros: Very good location and all facilities in excellent working condition.

Cons: Shower screen on opposite end of bath to shower which meant the water went on the floor. No blind in bathroom although there was privacy glass but I do like to have a blind as well. Pictures, clock & wall fixtures in house not level.

Pros: Everything was spot on the host answerd any questions i had. The property was beautiful the family and kids enjoyed it. The property was clean and the small details such as the chocolates on arrival and plenty of towels was really thoughtful. I would definitely recommend and book again price was good no complaints here. Thank you once again
