Pros: Spacious property, highly decorated throughout. Clean and tidy. Lots of towels provided. Staff on hand when the WiFi didn’t work and they were really helpful.

we only needed it as a base, bed, shower etc - met our expectations

Pros: plenty of supplies - toilet roll, tea bags sugar etc owners contacted us to make sure we’d managed to gain access and that everything was ok

Cons: parking on the street was a bit difficult but we did manage to get a space close by eventually

We had a very pleasant stay and I would be happy to stay at the property again.

Pros: The house was clean and comfortable. The television and wifi worked well. The house is close to shops and there is a bus stop for the city centre close by. The TLCStay team were very friendly and helpful. The damage deposit was refunded promptly.

Cons: There could have been more cutlery provided.
