Pros: Room was fine, some decor looking tired but for what we needed it for it was fine really. 3pm check in and 10am check out is not really ideal. Should be 11am checkout tbh if the check is 3pm. Worst of both tbh Had to submit a lot of personnel details with a pic ID and bank details for a £300 deposit which is not stipulated with booking.com prior to booking. May as well just use air BnB if this is the case at least I only have to submit my details through 1 entity. How do I know my personnel info is secure through the 3rd party if they're asking for it too before releasing check in details. Felt uneasy having to do it but already missed the cancellation date at this point. Thanks Neil

Value stay with reasonable space

Pros: It is close to multiple busses as a plus and it walkable from the Lime St Station, but it's uphill to get there! Plenty of room and clean. No noisy neighbors and walkable to grocery.

Cons: Location is not quiet despite being far from the downtown liveliness. Close to the hospital and major roads creates significant noise. Missing trim pieces around floors/walls leaves an unfinished look in places.
