Comfortable and enjoyable

Pros: Location good for me visiting family in area and there are buses to use too Also good walks from there plus round marina Easily accessible

Cons: Freezer/ ice making compartment in fridge for freezer blocks for cool bag when travelling & if there is summer etc

Perfect for couples getaways and relaxation

Pros: Really enjoyed the decor and comfiness of this property. Having the river outside is such a nice view too. It’s a quiet area as well perfect for relaxing. Had amazing service from Asif and the team and was even gifted flowers cards and chocs which was super sweet! The property is equipped with everything you need to have a few days to yourself. The decor is beautiful and a lot of thought has gone into it I personally loved the choice of paintings on the wall and the lamps are beautiful too. This was a very well needed rest and celebration we needed.

Cons: The sofa and the bed is a little on the hard side but plenty of cushions and blankets for padding.

Fabulous Property in a Great Location!!

Pros: What an absolute gem of a place! We stayed once again at 'the cozy waterfront' apartment and once again it exceeded expectation! Fabulous property, immaculately clean with an eye to detail. Great location with the town centre within easy reach and all transport networks. Asif has been amazingly helpful and hosted us seamlessly once again! Thankyou again and hope to return during 2026 for another wonderful stay at this exceptional home from home gem! 🥰😍❤

Preston's Hidden Gem

Pros: This is now my go to place to stay when I am up in Preston. Super cosy, clean and really comfy. The owner is absolutely amazing and friendly and goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Excellent property in a fantastic location!

Pros: The location of the property was excellent and in a great residential area with wonderful views of the river and a fabulous circular walking route around the docks. Close to a major supermarket within easy walking distance and a riverside public house and eaterie. The property was immaculately clean and a real home from home experience, designed very tastefully with an eye to detail. Wonderfully furnished with comfortable beds and the kitchen was fully equipped with plentiful crockery utensils and cookware. The host Asif was superb and kept in touch in case we needed anything. He also gave very detailed property info prior to check in..loved the property and we are already booked again in a few weeks time!! Thankyou for a wonderful stay!! ❤

Cons: Everything was perfect!! Not essential but a washer/dryer combo machine would be useful for long stays.
