Riverside by Teil Luxurious one bed Apartment

This was an ideal stopover location, which suited our requirements.

Pros: The location was good; directly opposite the river with a lovely walk beside it. There was a separate kitchenette/seating area with milk and coffee/tea provided. The parking was in bays off the road. Bus or walk up into Preston centre and railway station.

Cons: The towels could have been thicker, otherwise everything was great.

Would definitely recommend, the price is amazing for the apartment

Comfortable, clean, spacious stay, would stay again

Pros: A lovely little apartment type property with a large double bed with en suite bathroom and a cosy living room type area with a kitchen. We stayed here for one night and would stay again.

Good value for money and pleasant stay.

Pros: Nice and close to the University where we were visiting. Clean and comfortable. Nice shower. Excellent communication from the host and clear instructions for arrival. Nice touch of putting milk in the fridge, heating on so it was warm for our late arrival.

Cons: Just small points to mention a) There were no hand towels and the bath towels were a bit thin. We only stayed 1 night though, so fine for a short stay. b) We found the pictures of the interior were accurate, but the outside pictures were a little deceiving as I had pictured a nice riverside position and this wasn't accurate. The river is behind a big wall and the property is on the opposite side of the road. We were puzzled as we arrived in the dark and we were unsure if we had the right accomodation. A little disappointed as in my mind, it was a newish property with a lovely view and this wasn't the case.

Pros: Very friendly, attentive staff. Some basic provisions provided, milk, coffee, cereal etc, great when you've been travelling all day. There's Netflix and a good shower.

Pros: Waseem was there to meet us and had thought of lots of little things - milk in the fridge and even some chocolates. Lovely to see such pride in the place.

Cons: Sheets on sofabed a bit tired

Pros: The Appartment was very clean & hosts were very attentive & done all that We asked of them.The Appartment was very well equipped ie Oven, hob, toaster ect all that you would have in your own kitchen, There is a very comfortable bed & it has a lovely ensuite. It was close to local parks which were very nice and a nice place to sit & relax was also in easy walking to the city centre & travel links. A Great Base for our week away.

Pros: Very easy to access. Clear and helpful information from the owner. Good kitchen facilities. We were visiting family nearby so the location was great for us. Easy 5 minute drive to the station and shops nearby.
