Pros: Staff were extremely helpful. Lady who checked us in was so lovely. We had a slight issue with our room which they sorted before we even arrived. Gave us free breakfast and use if pool for the trouble and just all round lovely. They also decorated the room for ours daughters birthday with some balloons and banners that I sent over which was lovely.

Cons: No complaints from me

Pros: The staff are a credit to the company very helpful polite and professional They looked after my room key when I went out to prevent it from been lost, assisted my daughter with getting set up on the WiFi , fresh towels when requested , room cleaned on request , friendly on reception and the bar service always with a smile. Cons: The room was cold at night but I had a heater so fixed that issue

stopped 3 nights was a really nice and clean hotel and so close to everything

Pros: everything and all the staff was friendly we even got upgraded for a issue what got sorted and they was all okay about it

Pros: Great location,very near everything. Clean rooms and good fresh linen,plenty of tea and coffees.

Cons: Hotel is an old building so nothing AG Gotels can do about that however, Works niw need to be done to freshen the Hotel in general. Bedrooms whilst clean need more general maintenance and an eye to detail. Bathroom windows don't open,the room we occupied this time had no shampoo in the container,no hand towels provided, whilst the hairdryer worked well you couldn't plug it in anywhere near a mirror. The bathroom shelf was very precarious ( I only put a toothbrush on it). The bedside lights didn't work. Such a shame housekeeping don't check these things and pass on to maintenance. Maintenance need to be more proactive in feel.. Saying all that sounds like thus hotel is bad,it is not. Good value for money, nice breakfast, evening meal option available too. Staff are realy great. It's right opposite the tram stop and has occasional entertainment. Very nice bar and a lovely little bar on the lower floor. Last but not least. It's got an indoor swimming pool. Stayed a goid few times just don't want it to go down to far before investment gas been put in. Do give it a try.

Pros: We have stayed before, and as before on numerous times, our stay was very good, the staff are lovely, very helpful and always willing to do anything foe anyone. Can't wait to come back.
