Our stay at the boston hotel

Pros: The hotel was very clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Would stay here again if they could put railings in the shower and the bathroom!

Very comfortable stay

Pros: Room was very warm and comfortable, bathroom very nice, evening entertainment was great, reception/bar staff were very busy bit very professional and helpful at all times. Breakfast was ideal with a good range and breakfast staff excellent

Great stay!

Pros: The staff were really friendly! Very polite and extremely helpful. The hotel was lovely and quiet at night. It was very clean, the reception and bar area looked lovely and welcoming

Cons: Bed was a little uncomfortable, could feel the springs. The room was run down and basic - but absolutely fine

Spacious, clean, friendly staff

Pros: The family room was spacious and ideal for our family (we have a 1 year old) it’s rare to find a room in Blackpool with so much space. It was clean and warm

Cons: There was nothing we didnt like it was lovely and we will definitely be back.

Wish we stayed for longer

Pros: Really enjoyed our stay. Very helpful staff. The room was very spacious. Comfortable mattress and the breakfast was amazing. We will definitely return

Cons: The only one negative is there was any. The shower pressure wasn't amazing but still acceptable given its a big hotel.
