Pros: Location is great for people wanting to be near the Liverpool city centre. Check in is efficient as is check out. Every staff member I encountered was very kind and attentive!

Cons: There seemed to be a walkway next to my room's window which was slightly off putting. I feel a closer look is needed after cleaning the rooms to make sure nothing was missed. Mainly I'm concerned with the bathtub. The shower curtain does not stop water from leaking out the tub, and since there's no bathmat I had to put down almost all my towels to keep from slipping. The non slip mat for the tub itself did not work.

Excellent value and location

Pros: A lovely hotel in an excellent central location. Good clean, spacious rooms. We arrived at noon and were able to access our room straight away, which was great.
