Another great stay at the Resident n

Pros: Comfortable bed, plenty of power sockets, efficient shower, useful kitchenette. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Amazing location

Cons: Although I was aware the room was classified as small, and consequently reduced, I didn't realise quite how small.

Superb hotel, incredible staff and fantastic value for money

Pros: Excellent value for money. Exactly where we needed to be. Free wine and nibbles between) and 7 a surprise and bonus. Staff were fantastic particularly Maria, always smiling from check in to out. She and her colleagues are tremendous advocates for The Resident hotel Liverpool

Cons: Shower area whilst excellent is a bit tired. Needs new sealant and grout

Pros: The location and the fact we had self catering facilities in a hotel style room. Molten brown in the bathroom was a treat.

a lovely, clean hotel with kind staff and a great location

Pros: the staff were absolutely amazing and so so kind. room service was excellent and the range of snacks were too. the cleanliness was impeccable and the bathroom was stocked with towels. free luggage holding service too as well as a comfortable communal space downstairs. super close to a lot of clubs/bars, and yet i didn’t have a single issue with noise! felt safe, luxurious, and calming for such a fair price- will be coming back x

Cons: honestly my only issue (and i had to really think about this) was that the wardrobe doors were a bit squeaky haha! no qualms otherwise xx
