We love it here. Value for money and always nice warm radiator and shower. Housekeeping queens and best location.

Pros: It’s belter location right in town and also communal kitchens. Staff really helpful and always clean room. We have stayed here loads n it’s one of our favs value for money and warm shower clean space.

Cons: No lift stairs r STEEP x but if ur young hip cool u will have no probs getting up n down but i wouldn’t come here if you’re in a wheelchair

Pros: Location was ideal and slept well, cost is good and reflects the standard of the accommodation, Fridge and Microwave in the room is a good addition, not that I used them, but ideal for warming up meals and keeping drinks cold.

Cons: Upon entry, I was not sure who actually worked there, as there was a group of about 4 people, one receiving first aid, not really an issue, but probably better it was done in another room and not in the reception area, I did not notice a badge on any of the people I saw in reception until I was asked if I was booking in and then was showed the window to the receptionist, who kindly booked me in after doing some research, I noticed it was or still used as student accommodation and as I used to work in student accommodation, I was not too concerned or complained Lift not working, but was advised prior to arrival and I was on first floor, so was not really an issue for me. Bed was pretty standard, I was not expecting it to be the best given the price of the stay Lady on booking out gave a friendly smile and asked if all was okay :-) Don't be put off by the reviews, but go in not expecting too much, it is somewhere to put your head down and an ideal location

Pros: Staff excellent and helpful - bed comfortable shower great, convenient spot and worth the stay.

Cons: There was a police incident which messed up my sleep in the neighbouring room but this wasn't the hotels fault.

Pros: The accomodation was as expected and the staff were very friendly and helpfull.

Cons: The lift being out of action may be an issue for some people, it did not bother us at all.

Pros: Great location, room was small but clean and modern

Cons: The bed was so uncomfortable and saggy and you could feel the springs-spent the first night in a chair. They did however change the mattress for our second night. The lift wasn’t working and we were on the third floor where my husband struggled with his knee, I specifically booked with a lift
