Would recommend

Pros: Clean, new and spacious. Great location, within walking distance to most attractions.

Pros: Brilliant stay would absolutely book again. Room was huge and had everything we needed. Central location but no noise . Highly recommend

Would consider staying here again, which is why my initial rating is the most positive option.

Pros: The location was ideal for seeing the sites, public transport and restaurants. The reception staff were helpful and pleasant. Despite requesting that the sofa bed be prepared as well as the one in the bedroom, this had not been done. That was quickly rectified. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped on the whole.

Cons: The heated towel rail was not working and could not be repaired. They are in the process of replacing them in several apartments. This was not explained at first. It was the maintenance man who told us that. Two nights out of four there was loud music from the cocktail bar next door. Fortunately it stopped at 11 pm. The apartment would benefit from having more storage. There was nowhere to store anything in the living area with the sofa bed. We received a few too many emails before and after our stay. Requesting that we check in before we arrived (and therefore paid in advance) was a surprise and we clarified that this was not necessary.

Pros: Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were spacious, good location and very clean

We've stayed here multiple times & always enjoy the experience. Will book time & time again.

Pros: We like the space & being able to be self-sufficient. The location is great & the apartments are quiet & clean. Accessible smoking area is also a win.

Cons: The sofa bed as a sofa isn't very comfortable & the door to the balcony was difficult to close & in the wind it was impossible to keep closed while on the balcony.

Comfortable stay with young family

Pros: Clean property which was very close to tram stop and location shops

Cons: I would add a nice lamp in the living room area instead of having to use the big light all the time.

Pros: The location is fantastic. Reception team were very friendly and helpful and we even got a free upgrade which was lovely. Great for kids, they even had some plastic cutlery and crockery in the kitchen.

Cons: One of the shower heads wouldn’t stay upright and the water temperature was a bit variable at time eg suddenly hot. The bath was a little bit dirty and the cushions on the big sofa kept shifting forward I think because it’s a sofa bed. Nothing they could do anything about at the time and minor compared to the pluses
