Pros: Spacious, very clean and we really love the generosity with the welcome package. We had no issues with the property, it’s a 101/100 experience for us!!! Kudos to you and the team.

Pros: This property is beautiful, we were a group of ladies visiting for the Grand National, it was around 40 minutes brisk walk to aintree races. The facilities were superb, the beds were comfortable and the location at the bottom of a little cul-de-sac was perfect! Now we know what to expect, we will be back for sure!

lovely home, everything u need for a stay away

Pros: loved the spaciousness of the home it was very clean and everything we needed was there, if we needed anything the host was available with answers to our questions.

Pros: This is a beautiful house & gardens, clean & tidy. Has the added bonus of a washer and a tumble dryer, which is useful. Rooms are spacious & well equipped. Having a house bathroom & an ensuite shower room is great too. Plenty of room for our family to get together & relax.

Cons: Could do with some more table mats as there are only enough for 4 people & with the glass dining table, I'd be afraid to put something hot on it without a mat. Also could do with a dustpan & brush. There is a floor brush, but had to use kitchen roll to get the bits up. A few minor things, but it didn't spoil our stay.

Pros: The property was spacious and perfect for what we needed

Cons: Beds were a little bit wobbly and squeaky!

Pros: Lovely house, setting and small touches such as a welcome pack and milk in fridge.

Cons: The only negative which is minor is that the beds were loud to sleep on and a bit uncomfortable.

Great house, location and communication from host 😀

Pros: Great location, clean and tidy. Property owner was on hand when needed at the beginning of the stay.

Cons: I think a £55 per day cleaning fee is slightly high. Other than this, absolutely nothing :)

Ideal home from home!

Pros: A whole house - modern, clean, quiet and everything we needed- home from home. Loved it. Great location.

Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Perfect for what we needed. Could park the van easily outside the property. Nice and clean.

Cons: Gas oven seemed to take along time to cook.

Pros: House was spotlessly clean as were the towels and linen. Great spot. We travelled from Hampshire for a family celebration which was 15 minutes away. Relatives also live close by so made it easy to visit them. Nice outlook and the garden would be ideal in the summer. Five stars for the cleaners. We stayed in an Airbnb last year in Liverpool town centre which left a lot to be desired in the cleanliness department! It was great to be able to have a cup of tea after a gruelling 7 hour drive from Hampshire as teabags and milk were left for us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Cons: Having just the one shower in the en-suite.
