First time staying at this brand of hotel and really enjoyed the experience, and we will be staying again when we visit

Pros: It was easy to find and close to all of the areas in Liverpool we wanted to visit. Staff were helpful and polite when we arrived and checked out. The rooms were clean and well laid out.

Great location but very noisy in the part of the hotel we were staying in.

Pros: Great location and hotel was very clean staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The bed was rock hard and we were on the ground floor 17/18/19 it was very noisy during the night with people returning late and banging the doors more soundproofing would be good.

Great location and good room size

Pros: The room was spacious and met expectations. Staff we welcoming and friendly. Great location for getting around Liverpool and excellent for Albert Dock.
