Great hotel in a fabulous location

Pros: We arrived at the hotel too early to check in, so we left our bag there and went to explore. We returned just after check in time and was easily checked in, the receptionist advised that we had been upgraded to a suite, which was amazing! The suite had a bedroom and sitting area, with a lovely bath and separate shower cubicle. The room had everything we needed, tea and coffee making facilities and a coffee machine. The room was very clean, could have done with an upgrade on the headboard, but everything else was great. Breakfast the next day was buffet and there was a great selection, it was help yourself so you could have as little or as much as you wanted. We checked out and the receptionist was very nice, smiling and friendly. Great location and views over the Mersey and city. Would recommend.

Pros: Location to the M&S area & not too far from town

Cons: Only thing being fussy about was where had to wait for a taxi - 4:30am at the back of a hotel where the door was locked just didn’t feel comfortable when I had my 7 year old child with me

Very enjoyable stay and we will be coming again.

Pros: The staff were outstanding, especially Kaya who was very caring and helpful both on the telephone beforehand and when we arrived at the hotel. The staff in the bar/food area were very efficient especially as there was a rather large group in that area. We did not have to wait too long either to be served at the bar or for our food to be served.

Cons: The only criticism we have is that the leather/plastic headboard is falling apart resulting in black pieces of fabric coming off and falling on the bed.

busy on gig nights

Pros: i like how close it was to the M&S arena it looks really nice and the bar is really set out nice cockrails good too breakfast was ok plenty off choice. pizza was nice good the serve till late and room service

Cons: i had rude staff and i also had no mugs/cups in the room when my daughter went to reception and told to go to bar and the bar had onky 3 so said no, i then rang recepion and she did sort it but had to go back down as to busy. i coukd of had 2 cocktails for £18 but no one pointed this out so ended paying £22 too busy, i am staying in a leonardo at the weekend in leeds, i just gooe its better.

The Leonardo is the best hotel

Pros: The property is outstanding itself , nice and clean, but having stayed before in Suites I booked a suite again as the views of both the city to the right and the Albert dock and the Mersey to the left aswell as having view of the LiverBirds You won’t find a better view in liverpool really Also you get free drinks vouchers for bar and coffee and also food discount This makes it value for money with comparison to others in the city. As I had booked somewhere else but cancelled as this became available and better and worth a little extra

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like

Pros: We had a 'superior' room so bed was large and comfortable and room was fairly spacious. Staff are great, dining area is spacious and breakfast was good.

Cons: The closest 'Parking' available is an £18 per day car park not connected to hotel.

Lovely stay with plenty to do.

Pros: The location to the Royal Albert Dock was very accessible, the view was great.

Cons: The bathroom was quite dated a walk in shower would have been better than a bath with a fixed overhead shower. The menu from the restaurant could have had a few more items to offer. It would be helpful to have instructions on how to work the air con, also it would be helpful to have tourist attraction info in the rooms.
