Pros: From the moment we pulled up the service was excellent, we dropped our keys off for them to park our car. Room was lovely and finished to a high standard with everything you need and the bed was super comfortable. We had a few drinks in the bar too. All staff were very friendly we would stop again.

Pros: Great location 👌 all the staff members are friendly and efficient, beautiful hotel

Cons: Extra charge at breakfast if you wanted an omelette or a latte/cappuccino 🤨 slightly irksome!

Excellent stay, great hotel

Pros: Great location in the centre of Southport. Easy check in and check out with friendly staff. Nice room and comfortable bed.

Relaxing get away in beautiful art deco surroundings.

Pros: Breakfast is exceptional. Continental offering is possibly the best I’ve seen in any hotel. All cooked items are hot and delicious. Rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean.

Cons: My room had a very deep step in (over) shower that could be problematic if you have mobility issues.

Great place but sort the USB port

Pros: Most everything was great the stuff were knowledgeable and professional.

Cons: There was just one thing that annoyed me was the USB port never worked

Pros: We never consider anywhere else when staying im Southport. The staff are all so friendly and helpful the rooms are spotless and there's so much choice for breakfast.

A comfortable stay in not so sunny Southport.

Pros: The friendly reception and comfortable room with a view over Lord Steet. The valet parking worked well. There is a drop off parking space. Guests can request their car giving 5 or 10 minutes notice, then a team member from reception will bring it round to the front. We enjoyed lunch in the restaurant, which has a good reputation in Southport. The buffet breakfast was also good.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: Everything was very good, from reception to the room, the cocktail bar was excellent except the Guinness was served from a can but priced as draft, not so good.
