Pensioners nite out.

Pros: It's so easy with the online check-in no waiting. It was very clean and comfortable it's a grand hotel.

Was ok would stay again

Pros: Very well positioned in town , clean , friendly pleasant staff

Cons: The room was ok small but was only for a 1 night stay , bed only double would have liked a king size most hotels these days are king not double and only 1chair in room so one of us had to sit on the bed

Cons: We are regular guests at Prince of Wales. We always have a lovely room. Sadly we got room 107 this time it was clean and comfortable. But very dark in the kettle area making it a tad unsafe when using boiling water. Also the mirror was in the same place. To dark to apply make up. The bathroom was also dark where the mirror is and wasn't good for my partially sighted husband to shave. To top it off we found out other people had paid £50 less than we had for the one night stay. No loyalty for regular guests!!

Pros: The staff are very friendly, the lounge is comfortable and spacious. Good car parking. Central position, easy access to Lord Street, bars and restaurants.

Cons: The rooms are not quite finished off. The bathrooms need a little more attention when cleaning.
