Comfy and value for money only 5 minutes walk to town centre

Pros: Lovely staff they always try to give us a room that leads to garden as we travel with dogs

Cons: Some work needed on bathrooms ie tiles and seals could do with replacing

Good value for money.

Pros: The hostess was very friendly. The hot breakfast was really good. The location was great. The room was clean and spacious.

Cons: The central heating goes off on an evening and the room was quite cold. We also found the twin beds very narrow.

Pros: It was comfortable quite if i stay again those stairs are to many for me. also. Toilet seat in my room. Was loose

Cons: I came down at 6pm to go out it was all in darkness didnt realise i had to go out backdoor the lade said to use the back door but i thoght she. Meant late on when i had been out not at 6pm But not a problem the stay was lovely and breakfast thanks lovely stay x

Pros: Location is perfect for my needs, clean and tidy. Bed is really comfortable. Optional breakfast for £5 didn't have time, but other reviews highly rate it as value for money, and I would definitely stay again. Definitely value for money for the rooms.

Enjoyed it, especially the breakfast and the welcome and attentiveness of Maria.

Pros: Fantastic breakfast. Great staff - Maria was brilliant.

It was amazing and thank you for your warm hospitality.

Pros: The breakfast was amazing, the whole staff were fantastic, so friendly, anything you wanted they were there for you. Such a beautiful family run hotel, nothing was to much for them. The rooms were cleaned daily if you wanted it, the location was only a short walk to the sea front and they also recomended the impearial around the corner for evenening meals which when you told them where you were staying you got a discount. We will definately be staying again and recomend it.
