a dream

Pros: nice to have breakfast included and the room was a dream, they were so kind as to give us a free upgrade as could see i was very upset. the room was a dream - even with a bath!

Cons: we had to get help to turn the tv on twice. this was unfortunate. need to explain how the tv works. the cold tap in our room was also temporamental

A really chilled out hotel

Pros: This hotel is a little gem, it's in a nice quiet location but is only a two minute walk to Lord street.The hotel itself is cozy, nice decor and spotless...Everything about this place is spot on, I highly recommend a stay here

Pros: Property was good staff were good gallons of hot water continental breakfast was good only one problem WIFI wasn’t any good in hotel apart from that everything was great would use again

Fantastic location cosy environment brilliant continental breakfast

Pros: Overall a good experience super friendly staff and a cosy atmospere

Cons: We had the four poster room which was cosy..some TLC needed the flush on the toilet didnt work it was hanging off also the tub chair had a broken leg so wasnt in use and this might just be a personal thing but the room was super hot with only a tiny window to open so quite uncomfortable to sleep

A very little budget stay in Southport thankbto The Dukes👍👍

Pros: A cosy stay Twixmas stay. Warm room, helpful staff and a very nice continental breakfast with cereal, booked eggs and toast included in our price. Handy location within walking distance for everything. No parking and in a meter zone but we did manage to find a roadside space alongside the green across the road which was a bonus.

Pros: The hotel was lovley and clean the beds were comfy and the continental breakfast included in the price was really nice the staff are very helpful too we have stayed here twice in a month and we would definitely stay again when in Southport
