Excellent in all ways !!!!

Pros: The first impression was excellent only got better as we went inside Staff from the start were pleasant helpful and very welcoming The room was great very clean warm and comfortable good tea/coffee facilities lots of plug sockets etc Breakfast was excellent absolutely lots of choice to suit anyone’s diet etc Staff in restaurants again welcoming helpful and polite throughout the service

Cons: Other guests !!! Letting children run through corridors late at night/early morning ? But this is no reflection on the hotel or staff just ignorance and manners of other guests

Pros: I loved the whole atmosphere at the hotel. Staff were so helpful and nothing was a bother. Rooms were so spacious and very clean. It just was an amazing place.

Excellent location, great hotel and fairly priced, definitely recommend!

Pros: I loved the building, so clean and spacious and interesting with lots of beautiful brickwork and notes to its history as a working dock. I found it fascinating. The room was lovely with a view of the Liverpool wheel, and 3 minutes walk to the M&S bank arena. Loads of bars and restaurants right next door. Would definitely revisit, and recommend! Also joined the hotel membership and got 20% off our first round of drinks 😊

Cons: The breakfast was a little hectic, it was busy so trying to find a table was a bit stressful at first but once seated all was good and the breakfast was nice. Our son loved being able to help himself to breakfast.
