Pros: We had a fantastic stay at pullman. The staff were all lovely which makes a big difference. I had added extras on as it was my husbands birthday. Balloons, wine etc which was all set up for a surprise on arrival. The room was fantastic! River and city view! Absolutely brilliant!!Would definitely recommend and will be back. Location is brilliant.

Lovely comfy warm welcome

Excellent location for conferences

Pros: Very good location for conferences at AAC. I was very impressed with the staff at check in. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed.

Cons: The standard of the room deserved a better coffee in the room.
