Perfect location fro short stays , football fans ...

Pros: Good location with walking distance to city centre and the bus station.Great brekfast, clean rooms- ideal for a quick stay or for a weekend.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Everything When we arrived the tv and phone wasn't working. We immediately had an alternative room and vouchers for a complimentary drink each. Olivia served us at the bar what a lovely young lady so polite and helpful

Hilton Stay

Pros: Great location. Value for money. Comfy bed, amazing walk in shower. Cosy with air con. Can't wait to come back. Laura was amazing and made sure I had everything that was needed.

Cons: Having to go home.

Pros: The room was clean and warm.... The staff were helpful and accommodating and very cheerful

Very friendly.

Pros: Good but had difficulty finding things, no decaf teabags so had to buy some. Only found the jams etc. on last morning.

Pros: The friendliest staff I have ever come across kort I think his name was the only name I remember, but every interaction we had put a smile on our faces,

Good location , could be better facilities

Pros: 10 minute walk from the m and s Areana perfect for concerts

Cons: Didn’t meet quality standards of other Hampton by Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at, not from a staffing point but from a facilities point

Pros: Slightly out of the centre so it was quieter, but still easy to get to. Breakfast included. A sofa to sit on in the room.

Cons: There was yellow and black warning tape on the toilet rim where it appears the rim was chipped or cracked.

Lived up to my expectations

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was up to standard. Breakfast was good.

Cons: Initial information about needing to use key card to operate lift.
