Pros: Comfortable beds and living area, can connect to Netflix, great location, lovely hot water, loads of seats, smelled lovely, massive bathroom, instant temperature control, carpeted, cosy., Real home from home, no negatives at all..

Cons: Everything was great

I’m very happy with my staying there. And if I do have a chance: definitely I will come back

Cons: I just believe the carpet on the stairs should be vacuumed more thoroughly.

Pros: Location was good for the place we were working . Decent bar 2 minutes walk from apartment. Couple of takeaways similar distance. We found best parking spot on side street 20m away from the entrance but you can get directly outside the door if you're lucky.

Cons: Not saying didn't like but a wash basin and shower facility could be doable in the large master bedroom

Cons: There wasn't anywhere to put toiletries in the shower and it was awkward trying to dry my hair due to the placement of plugs/mirrors

A spacious, family-friendly apartment in a great location with excellent facilities and hosts.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful holiday apartment! The location was ideal — just a short 20-minute train ride into the city centre, making it easy to explore, yet far enough out to enjoy some peace and quiet. The apartment itself was both cosy and surprisingly spacious, with great facilities that made it feel like a real home-from-home. It was perfect for our family break. Parking was available on the road outside the apartment, and having shops so close by made everything incredibly easy. We also loved being just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Crosby Beach and the famous Another Place statues — a real highlight of the trip! Communication from the hosts was excellent from start to finish; they were friendly, helpful, and made check-in completely hassle-free. All in all, a brilliant place to stay — comfortable, well-located, and ideal for families. Highly recommended!

Cons: The front door was tricky to open, but we got the knack of it eventually.

Pros: It was much better than anticipated. Plenty of room and everything we needed for our stay. We also managed to park outside the apartment which was great. The host had left some milk in the fridge so that I could make a cup of tea, which was great after a long drive! All in all the apartment was great value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Cons: It was very difficult to open the front door, but we managed in the end. It would have been nice if the heating had been on when we arrived as we arrived late at night and the apartment was very cold. Also no hot water that night as the heating had been switched off.

Comfortable accommodation

Pros: It was our 3rd stay . We find the accommodation comfortable and clean. We love the location, it is within walking distance of Crosby beach. Transport links(train and buses) to Liverpool, Southport, and further afield are close by.

Pros: Good location, apartment spacious and clean. Kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable.
