Very enjoyable - we visit the area regularly to see family and will definitely book again if available.

Pros: Very good - a lovely apartment with everything we needed

Cons: One small thing - the bed was a bit small for my wife and me so I slept on the huge sofa (which was very comfortable) and luckily we had a blanket in the car to use as there was no spare linen. However it would not stop us booking this great property again.

Lovely place to stay with fascinating history and huge comfy rooms

Pros: Fascinating history and amazing location. Unique place. Very comfy furniture and lovely to have sun room (too hot to sit in on my visit as it was a crazy hot two days) from which could see the ships passing. Really clean and spacious. Kitchen is teeny but has all you need for a short stay. Big living room, bedroom and bathroom.

Cons: Nothing - except perhaps the air freshener plugged in by the bed was (for me) very strong. I unplugged it and opened a window and it was fine! I am funny about smells, probably wouldn’t bother 99% of people!

Pros: No breakfast. Location great. I remember the area from my childhood and was always interested in these beautiful houses.

Pros: The property is amazing inside and out. All you need for a short stay.

Cons: The kitchenette needs a hob. There is air fryer supplied .

Historic, spacious, beautiful place to stay in great location, with wonderful hosts.

Pros: An amazing place to stay, historic, beautifully presented, spacious, friendly with very helpful hosts. It is in a fantastic location with lovely views. Close to the local train station and you can get into the centre of Liverpool in under 20 minutes from the nearby Waterloo Station. Had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.

Cons: I like it all, great place, great people in a wonderful location, nothing about it not to like.

Excellent property, comfortable and private and perfect for a couple wanting a place to get away

Pros: Location was excellent, very close to all facilities and nearby pubs/restaurants and grocery stores The apartment was very spacious and very well decorated, it was pleasant to spend mornings with a cup of coffee overlooking the Mersey

Cons: The kitchen, although small, worked well except for the lack of an oven but we didn't let that get in the way. The TV wasn't connected properly so it didn't load all channels correctly (I did resolve this)
