Fun house & great for groups

Pros: It’s just like the photos- gorgeous & so many extras- felt a real home. Beds super comfy, kitchen well stocked, made full use of dining room.

Pros: Everything was amazing. Super stylish, comfy, clean, spacious, attention to detail 100%. Maria welcomed us with a smile and a tour of the house, pointing out everything we needed to know. A fabulous welcome pack was provided. Milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, eggs, bread, butter, biscuits, cereal and pasta. Don’t hesitate, go ahead and book this beautiful house. We had a wonderful few days and made some precious family memories. We would love to stay again.

Pros: The location was excellent, bus routes to Liverpool from almost right outside were really good. The house was clean, comfortable with really comfortable beds and really nice touches like more than enough pillows and towels in each room. The owner had left a welcome package of milk, bread, tea, coffee and croissants and communication with them was clear and concise. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Pros: Amazing design , the house has been completely remodelled sympathetically and is very welcoming , relaxing and comfortable . Extremely clean , and the welcome food pack was one of the best I have received in any accommodation and I regularly book accommodation like this .

Pros: An Extremely inviting house and styled beautifully, we were very thankful for the pantry goods left out for us,such a lovely thing too do,bread milk tea coffee breakfast cereal croissant and much more. We will definitely be back .

Cons: Not to far from the beach , we walked it there with in 10 minutes, coming back took a little longer.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful house. The decor is fantastic and the facilities and extras brilliant. Beds super comfy, quiet at night for a lovely sleep. The kids (13,10,10,8,5,5) all loved the house too. Really appreciated the host letting us know the house was ready over an hour earlier than the advertised time of 3pm.

Cons: Loved everything... just noticed the downstairs toilet very noisy when flushing and the tap on that sink is a little loose. More of an observation to note to the hosts :)

Amazing property. Nothing has been overlooked.

Pros: What a fantastic property. amazing decor and layout. Plenty of supplies for breakfast including a coffee machine. lovely comfortable beds. Great takeaway 50 yards down the road. New Brighton beach and the promenade is just a short drive away. The cleaning lady, Maria I think, was delightful and although we were a bit late checking out the owner was very understanding and sweet about it. Honestly couldn't fault anything about it.

Cons: We would have loved to stay longer but couldn't because of travel plans
