Central Luxurious Stylish Church Conversion

Pros: the property was really large and great for the weekend with our grandkids

Cons: we had problems with the heating not switching on, but managed to over come the problem

Pros: Excellent location, very spacious open plan living room, kitchen , dining room. 3 identical bedrooms Great location for us, parking just round the corner too. If we come back to Blackpool with friends, this is the first property we would look at.

Cons: We knew the hot tub wasn't currently in use - emailed to ask about getting it in use weeks ahead of our visit but got no reply. Bits of damage here and there, so concerned we would get blame for this, but we didn't. They took £100 deposit for damage (not put a hold on the card, actually took the money), but this was returned a week or so later.

Great place

Pros: Great location fabulous place the whole set up was great kids loved whirlpool bath had problems with internet messaged them a new router was brought round within 10 minutes excellent service will definitely stay here again

Cons: Outside door difficult to open and shut pity the hot tub was no longer available

Fantastic space and great location

Pros: Fantastic conversion with modern technology and appliances. Really enjoyed our stay for my friends 30th, great location to the main area for nightlife. It’s a shame about the hot tub not being in use as that would’ve made it even better! I’d recommend this stay to anyone, it was great value for money and a unique place to stay in Blackpool

Unique place to stay with fantastic amenities, convenient location and great communication regarding the booking.

Pros: The property was absolutely stunning, amazing space and really comfortable, it was close enough to the main strip of Blackpool but far enough away for the peace and quiet.

Cons: We loved the layout of the property and the design was amazing.

A spacious & upmarket stay, great for two couples.

Pros: The decor and tasteful conversion of a church was great! The location is very good, a short stroll to the nightlight but not noisy at night. Good parking options (for a fee)… a decent loading / unloading bay immediately outside. We would definitely return!!

Cons: Confusion over the Hot Tub! We saw it mentioned in reviews but not listed: turns out there is an amazing hot tub but it’s out of service and drained from water. Not to be confused with the jacuzzi-bath. One bathroom for 3 bedrooms is not enough… an extra toilet would have been useful, at least! The minimum number of towels were provided and just about enough for two couples… three couples would have had to request more towels. Ladies require extra towels for their hair! Maintenance issues: 1. The mattresses are too soft, they all need replacing. 2. One bar-stool had a loose, squeaky leg. 3. Hallway light switch needs attention, loose cable. 4. Front door needs replacing for something more secure - as others have mentioned, there is a big gap which attracts attention. Fans are needed in summer… they are not costly to provide and are very much needed when it’s hot! Finally, we “sent message to the host” on two occasions - the one prior to arrival was ignored, the one sent regarding maintenance issues was answered by an agent who told us they would pass the information on the owners. As a host myself, I felt that a ‘personal touch’ or welcome was lacking and the agency was not very interested in guest communication which is poor when people are paying a higher rate than average.

Cons: Hot tub not in use!! This is not advertised with a hot tub but theres one in the property!! Fix it or get this in use its such a shame its out of order!
