Lovely hotel in great location with fabulous breakfast ,but room was too bloody cold .

Pros: Great location Good size room which was clean Great bar and breakfast

Centrally located hotel with good bar and great breakfast but rooms just too cold.

Pros: Very central location Great bar area Fantastic breakfast Nice and clean room

Cons: Room was absolutely freezing and internal heating / air con has been over ridden Couldn’t adjust it at all Extremely thin duvet which didn’t help with the freezing cold room Unable to sleep

Great Location and Quiet

Pros: The location was perfect. Short walk from Lime Street Station and a short walk to Pier Head and Albert Dock. Matthew Street and the central places all very much within a short walking distance. The hotel was nice and quiet and the unlimited hot drinks was a bonus. Tesco express was conveniently next door if you needed anything.

Cons: The room had a kettle with tea and coffee. But it was missing a small fridge, which would have been helpful to store milk and cold drinks.

Pleasant stay, shame about the pillows.

Pros: Continental breakfast. Plenty of choice and of good quality. Location was good a little way from the centre so quieter but within 5mins walk to everything. Comfortable spacious room. Staff attentive and polite

Cons: Only criticism was the pillows were too soft. An option of sort/hard pillows would be welcome
