The Shankly Hotel

Pros: Great location and comfy bed, clean generally except for a cigarette burn on the blanket on the bed everything else seemed okay.

Cons: Room looked a bit tired and knocked about which was a shame

Pros: The staff were fantastic.. very helpful 👌 Great location into the city.

Cons: Bedroom one end was dark and quite noisy. Could hear party across from our room slamming doors and shouting ans singing early hours of the morning.

Pros: Clean. Aesthetically pleasing, cannot fault anything.

Lovely room but need to be told about the parking on arrival!

Pros: The room was lovely, lovely big bath and moderately comfortable beds. The black out curtains were perfect at keeping the room dark and cosy.

Cons: The staff did not make me aware that I needed to pay for parking immediately (or the day of arrival) they could easily say ‘please pay to park now/today’ but when asked they just pointed to a qr code! Most car parks are pay on departure, so believing this was the case we have no ended up with a £100 fine ontop of our stay!! Not impressed.

Room itself was great and huge, could have had more wardrobes and maybe a second toilet benefits.

Pros: The closeness to the main strip was great and ideal. The hotel itself is quirky and has some great rooms.

Cons: The check in process and also the area you leave bags. Could be quicker and better

Pros: Handy underground car parking, right in the city centre, spacious room nice bathroom, hot tub and shower all very comfy

It’s a great hotel to stay in you must try for the price especially if there’s a group

Cons: Some of the decor could do with miner maintenance here and there, but understand it's an old very busy building

Pros: Staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Hotel was perfect location for sights, food and shopping.

Cons: Hotel decor was lovely but a but worn in places
